About 5 minutes away from the Mosterio da Batalha, this restaurant offers a menu offering at a very competitive price. The menu includes soup, main dish and coffee. The dishes are very tasty and just about the right portion size, enough to be full. The staff is very kind and helpful, we asked them to move an umbrella and they did it right away

I was in Batalha for two weeks, and I ate here 6 times and got take away once. It’s very good food. Easy walking to everything. Lovely seating inside or outside. The street parking is easy. Free WiFi. Very friendly staff.

When the fancy restaurant up the street said they were full at 1:50pm on a Sunday with plenty of empty tables we came to this jewel of a restaurant. Only 4 plates of the day but extraordinary because they are home made. With also homemade desserts this place is out of this world. One of the best home cooked meals I’ve had in Portugal ????????

Lovely spot for lunch. Simple grilled chicken and ribs - and vinho verde. . Friendly service and modern bright setting. Would go there again in an instant. 3 minute walk from the monastery.

We ate here twice while in Batalha and really liked the food: salads were fresh and delicious, soup was very good, grilled meats were excellent and the place is clean and welcoming. Great service, too!
